1. Mixing: Combine Wella Illumina Color with Welloxon Perfect Developer in a 1:1 ratio.
2. Application:

• Same Depth or Darkening: Apply from roots to ends.
  Without Heat: 30-40 minutes
  With Heat: 15-25 minutes
• Lightening: Apply to mid-lengths and ends first, then to roots.
  Without Heat: 20 minutes (mid-lengths and ends), 30-40 minutes (roots)
  With Heat: 10 minutes (mid-lengths and ends), 15-25 minutes (roots)

1. Rinsing: Rinse thoroughly after the development time is complete.

• Developer Selection:
  6% (20 Vol.) for 1 level of lift
  9% (30 Vol.) for 2 levels of lift
  12% (40 Vol.) for 3 levels of lift
